Are you READY for CHANGE?
Why
|
The hardest thing about running a business is not starting; it’s surviving. The excitement of starting a business gives way to the stress of keeping it alive. After a while, you wonder what you are doing, and more importantly, why. This emotional roller coaster called entrepreneurship is one that business owners cannot escape. However, you do not have to go through it alone.
I remember the excitement of starting my law firm. I purchased my business cards and told the world I was ready. Seventeen years later, I have scars and stories to go along with them. But the good news is that my business survived. Not only did it survive, it thrived. Thanks to mentors, friends, and perseverance, I created a successful and profitable firm. And I helped other business owners do the same.

How
|
After years of advising small business owners, I realized that the legal problems my clients were experiencing were a result of ongoing management problems. Constant debt, employee problems, and lack of inventory control and documentation can all appear as random problems. But they are not! These problems are symptoms of an ongoing business problem. That problem is operational management, and the solution is recognizing that a change is needed.
This is often the most difficult discussion I have had with my clients. No one wants to hear that they are the cause of their own business’s failure. I know the feeling; I have been there and understand how hard that conversation can be. The interesting thing about this conversation is, once you accept it, you can now move forward and fix it!

When
|
Now! If you could have done it by yourself, you would have done it by now. You don’t have to do it alone. You CAN hire professionals to help you with your business needs. A professional consultant with a legal background who understands the needs and complexities of owning and operating a small business is a rare find. It is here, at The CEO Effect, LLC. When making an investment decision, don’t just consider what you pay up front; consider what you will save in return. If spending $3 will save you $10 in the end, isn’t it worth it? Of course it is! See how I have helped other small business owners just like you!
